BRAMS was born out of need.

Merlin Software - the makers of BRAMS - were contacted by a new guest house owner in Suffolk. He was looking for a software package that can automate the many aspects of his new business. After an extensive search, he was amazed to find that nothing completely fit the bill. The products he found were either designed for the United States, were too expensive because they included many features he did not require or simply did not do what he required.

Merlin Software set about addressing this problem and, after a year in development, produced the first version of BRAMS.

BRAMS was designed with the following in mind:

  • Improve the clients revenue stream

  • Intuitive interface and ease of use.
